Homeschool resource
We present a fun way to learn history.
Students will see historical objects that were everyday tools, and household items, as well as images of people and places.
Though the collection of artifacts are connected to Fairview history, these were commonly used in many of the surrounding communities of Fairview Park. Students learn about the ‘way of life’ that was common in the various villages of Cuyahoga County.
Scavenger Hunt
Join in on the fun. Great event for young kids and their parents (different levels of play).
Is your group looking for an event that can be very competitive, the Scavenger Hunt is for you.
Scheduling is flexible, signup today. FPHistoricalSociety@gmail.com
Winterfest
The City of FP host a family fun event with wonderful holiday lighting and a visit from Santa and at times the Grinch appears.
The Historical Society transforms the museum into Santa’s Workshop for the event, featuring Santa’s helper and handing out a sack of Elf Donuts to each child. All get to peek into the workshop and watch the Helper’s make and paint the toys and of course Papa Elf checks for names on the Good / Bad list.
